What is covered

If your Tumbla Go arrives defective, damaged, or is not the version or colour you ordered, you can report it within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

What is not covered

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We also cannot accept claims for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow the supplied instructions, or claims made more than 14 days after delivery.

How to make a claim

1. Within 14 days of delivery, email support@tumblago.com or use the Contact page. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging.
2. We will review the claim and reply with the next step: a replacement, a refund, or a request for more information.
3. If the item needs to be collected or returned, we will explain how. For eligible claims, Tumbla Go bears the reasonable return and replacement shipping cost; you will not be asked to pay for returning a defective, damaged or incorrect item.

Please keep the product, its accessories and packaging until the claim is resolved.

Replacements

Where a replacement is agreed, we dispatch it as soon as the returned item is received or the claim is confirmed, following the processing and delivery times in our Shipping Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. How quickly the money reaches you depends on the payment and refund method used: for Cash on Delivery orders we will agree a refund method with you (such as a mobile-money or bank transfer to your account); for online payments the refund goes back to the original payment method, and your bank or provider may take additional time to show it.
