1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed through Tumblago.com. The store is operated under the store name Tumbla Go (“Tumbla Go”, “we”, “us”), 8th Floor, 580 East Kazipara (MAS Square), Mirpur 10, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Where we sell

We sell and deliver within Bangladesh only. Orders with a delivery address outside Bangladesh cannot be accepted.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order you are offering to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown. We accept your order when we confirm it (by email, phone or message). We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a price or description was shown incorrectly, if we cannot confirm your delivery details, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Delivery is free throughout Bangladesh. Cash on Delivery is available throughout Bangladesh with no COD fee: you pay the courier the order total in cash when the parcel is delivered. If other payment methods are offered at checkout, payment is taken when you place the order and your payment details are handled by that payment provider, not stored on this website.

5. Product information

We describe Tumbla Go as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Some features depend on the version you choose: the 7.4V Ice-Crush version is higher-powered and supports ice crushing, and blade configuration varies by version. The version and colour you ordered are shown on your order confirmation.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; delivery can be affected by weather, courier delays and holidays. Please check that the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct, because the courier will use them to reach you. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Checking your order on arrival

Please check the parcel and the product when it arrives. Defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

8. Safe use

Use Tumbla Go in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. Do not use the product in a way that is inconsistent with those instructions.

9. Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered in the condition described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for loss or damage caused by misuse of the product or by failure to follow the supplied instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Intellectual property

The Tumbla Go name, logo, photographs and website content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Bangladesh.
