Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. We do not currently ship outside Bangladesh, and orders with an address outside Bangladesh cannot be accepted.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free nationwide. There is no delivery charge and no Cash on Delivery fee on any order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are working days in Bangladesh, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed arrival date: weather, courier workload, public holidays and remote locations can add time.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available throughout Bangladesh with no extra fee. Please have the order total ready in cash for the courier. If you are not available when the courier calls, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you to rearrange.

Order confirmation and updates

We confirm your order after it is placed and will contact you by email or phone with delivery updates. Please make sure the phone number and address on your order are correct, because the courier will use them to reach you.

Delivery problems

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email support@tumblago.com or use the Contact page with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy.
